A special two-day program designed for students aged 10 - 16 years old which involves creating both coffee based, and non-coffee and non-alcohol beverages using simple ingredients, sauces, and syrups. Recipes’ focus will be for both hot and cold beverages perfect for family occasions and small gatherings. Includes coffee history, making espresso, proper milk steaming, and special etching sessions.
