ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

​Chris Mercado is a 20-year marketing and management professional, having worked in a wide range of industries such as insurance, telecommunications, advertising and even cockfighting. As an independent consultant in the past 2 years, through his group, Futures Learning Innovators of the Philippines (FLIP), he has been helping out various SMEs in their digital and marketing strategy needs, as well as helping top LGUs in the Philippines streamline their business permit processes. Having recently completed his post-graduate diploma from top Ivy League universities, Chris is eager to spread the word of innovation and design thinking for a more creative country and world.
