Junior Barista Workshop is a delightful two-day workshop tailored for budding baristas aged 7 to 12 years old. This engaging program invites young learners to explore the art of crafting both coffee-based and non-coffee beverages without alcohol, using simple yet exciting ingredients, sauces, and syrups. From hot to cold concoctions, participants will discover recipes ideal for family gatherings and intimate celebrations. Alongside mastering the basics of coffee history, espresso making, and proper milk steaming techniques, attendees will also indulge in special etching sessions, adding a creative flair to their beverage creations.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Ronald Angelo Obispo is a Junior instructor at the Barista & Coffee Academy of Asia. His achievements and certifications include: SCA Barista Skills Foundation/Intermediate, SCA Brewing Foundation/Intermediate, SCA Sensory Skills Foundation/Intermediate, and a Red Jug holder in the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS).
