Competing latte artists come head to head in a “sudden death” duel to reach the finals. Done bracket-style, competitors will have one chance to pour per round: the winner advances and the loser is eliminated. Two judges will assess the art and must reach a unanimous decision on the winning design based on five criteria. On the occasion that the decision is split, a head judge will intervene to split the vote.
Only 6 will advance to the finals on August 4, 2016 at the BCAA booth for the World Food Expo (WOFEX) 2016, SMX Convention Center where they will compete for the championship.
